Helsinki has a very toxic upper class environment that consider itself to be above "vanliga dödliga" and refuses to
recycle!
It is this upper class that promoted huge food waste in our
ferries between Sweden and Finland.
It is not just food waste for every new dish you take a new "tallrik"
it is a huge consumption!
